Day Centre
Adult day care services for the elderly in Cambridge City and the surrounding areas
Our services including those whom may be tackling social isolation, those requiring companionship or those living with dementia.
Sessions are split and the social isolation and companionship days offer the chance to meet new people in the area and participate in a variety of stimulating activities.
The dedicated dementia care days offer exactly the same services, with activities surrounding reminiscence and allow exiting carers a day’s respite and peace of mind.
All clients will receive refreshments throughout, a two course light lunch and the chance to join a new group offering weekly socialisation, quality care and most importantly, a place where people thrive.

The Trinity Mews Community is overseen by our Operations Manager, Connie and our team of clinical care staff.
Throughout her career, Connie has led operational transformations and driven sustainable expansion across various sectors. Her natural people skills and her commitment to excellence have played a pivotal role in developing new services.
More recently, Connie has discovered a deep passion for person-centred care. Inspired by the impact of compassionate support, she is now championing initiatives that place individuals at the heart of everything we do. Her leadership reflects a beautiful balance of operational rigour and heartfelt empathy, ensuring The Trinity Mews Community remains both effective and deeply human.
